The 100G CFP ER4 is a 100-Gigabit Ethernet single-mode transceiver designed for up to 40 km links. It multiplexes 4×25G NRZ LAN-WDM wavelengths around 1310 nm onto a duplex LC interface and presents a CAUI-10 (10×10.3125 Gbps) electrical host—ideal for metro access/aggregation, campus DCI, and long-reach data-center interconnect over existing SMF plant.
