400G QSFP112 DR4 transceiver—4×100G PAM4 @ 1310 nm over MPO-12, up to 500 m on OS2 SMF; 400GAUI-4 electrical, CMIS management, low power, breakout-ready.
The 400G QSFP112 DR4 is a 400 Gigabit Ethernet parallel-optics transceiver for short-reach single-mode links up to 500 m. It uses four 100G PAM4 lanes at ~1310 nm over MTP/MPO-12 (8 fibers active) and a 400GAUI-4 (4×112G PAM4) electrical interface—ideal for spine/leaf fabrics and 4×100G breakouts to TOR/aggregation switches.
