144 Core Fiber Jumpers

The 144 Core Fiber Jumpers are high-density, pre-terminated backbone assemblies designed for fast turn-ups in data centers, central offices, and campus cores. Built on micro-core or ribbon cable, each 144F trunk is factory-terminated and tested to deliver low loss, stable polarity, and clean cable management. End options include MTP®/MPO ↔ MTP/MPO trunks or MTP/MPO ↔ LC/SC fan-outs (e.g., 144F ➜ 72×LC duplex), with serialized labels and complete test documentation.

• Fiber Counts & Topologies: 144F micro-core/ribbon; end options: 12×MTP-12, 6×MTP-24, or mixed; 144F ➜ 72×LC duplex (or SC) via harness/cassette

• Fiber Types: OS2 (G.657.A1/A2 bend-insensitive) and OM3/OM4/OM5 multimode

• Connectors: MTP® Elite or MPO (male/female); LC/SC (UPC for MM; UPC/APC for SM) on breakout legs

• Optical Performance (typ.): IL ≤ 0.35 dB per MTP® Elite; LC/SC leg ≤ 0.20 dB; RL ≥ 60 dB (SM APC) / ≥ 50 dB (SM UPC) / ≥ 25 dB (MM)

• Polarity: Method A/B/C; Key-Up/Key-Down; MTP gender to match transceivers/cassettes

• Cable Construction: Compact OD micro-core/ribbon; high-fill friendly; optional pulling eye for long runs

• Jackets & Ratings: OFNR/OFNP/LSZH (CPR on request); indoor or indoor/outdoor variants; custom colors (Yellow OS2; Aqua/Violet/Lime for MM)

• Identification & QA: Serialized ends, printed legends, breakout labels; 100% IL/RL/end-face inspection; test reports included

• Environment & Durability: Operating −20 °C to +70 °C; RoHS/REACH compliant; optional armored sheath for crush/rodent resistance

• Standards: IEC 61754-7-1/-2 (MPO), TIA-568.3-D, ISO/IEC 11801; GR-326 practices on LC/SC ends
