Multi-rate Ethernet client access card—GE/10GE/25GE/100GE—to OTN (ODUk/ODUflex/OTU) mapping with carrier-grade OAM, QoS, and Sync options for seamless aggregation into coherent DWDM.
The ETU Service Card terminates Ethernet services and maps them into OTN containers for efficient transport across HYD optical platforms. Designed for metro aggregation, DCI on-ramps, and enterprise backbones, it supports flexible port mixes (GE/10GE/25GE/100GE) and encapsulates traffic using GFP-F with ODUk/ODUflex grooming or direct OTU mapping (e.g., 100GbE→OTU4). Hardware-assisted QoS and carrier OAM ensure predictable performance, while LSO/NMS integration streamlines provisioning and assurance. The card installs into HYD 1U/2U/5U chassis and pairs with coherent line cards (100G/200G/400G) and optical modules (MUX/DEMUX, EDFA/Raman, OLP, OCM/OTDR) for end-to-end service delivery.
