Compact MTRJ duplex fiber jumpers with RJ-style latch—low loss, SM/MM options, LSZH/OFNR jackets, and MTRJ-to-LC/SC hybrids for dense, space-constrained patching.
The MTRJ Jumper Series is a compact, RJ-style latch fiber patch cord family ideal for legacy small-form-factor (SFF) interfaces, dense patch fields, and space-constrained racks. Featuring dual fibers in a single MT-style ferrule with keyed alignment, these jumpers simplify duplex connectivity and deliver consistent, low-loss performance. Available in single-mode and multimode with robust jacket options, they are a practical choice for campus, enterprise, and telecom environments migrating or interworking with older SFF equipment.
Connector & Latch: MTRJ (duplex, MT-style ferrule) with RJ-type push-latch; keyed for correct polarity
Fiber Types: SM (G.652.D; bend-insensitive G.657.A1/A2) and MM (OM1/OM2/OM3/OM4/OM5)
Optical Performance (typ.): IL ≤ 0.35 dB (≤ 0.75 dB max); RL ≥ 50 dB (SM), ≥ 30 dB (MM)
Cable & Jackets: Duplex round cable; 2.0 mm/3.0 mm; PVC/LSZH; OFNR/OFNP (CPR on request)
Polarity: A-to-B standard; keyed alignment prevents mis-mating; labeled legs for easy tracing
Lengths & ID: 0.5–100 m standard (custom on request); serialized labels; 100% test with IL/RL reports available
Durability & Environment: ≥ 500 matings; operating −20 °C to +70 °C; RoHS/REACH compliant
Hybrids & Migrations: MTRJ–MTRJ, or MTRJ to LC/SC/FC/ST for interconnect with mixed panels and modernization projects
Standards & Quality: Geometry and end-face quality per IEC/TIA; conforms to IEC 61754-18 / TIA-604-12 (FOCIS 12)
