Multiple Choice

The OSU – Optical Splitter Unit delivers carrier-grade, fully passive signal distribution for access, metro, and DCI environments. Using PLC technology, the module provides stable split ratios across 1260–1650 nm with low insertion loss, excellent uniformity, and minimal PDL. It’s available as LGX cassettes or a 1U rack tray and integrates cleanly with HYD 1U/2U/5U platforms alongside MUX/DEMUX, OLP, and OCM cards. Typical uses include PON fan-out, optical power tapping for monitoring, lab break-outs, or wavelength system distribution at POP/IDC sites. Front-access ports, bend-radius control, and clear labeling simplify turn-up and ongoing O&M.

  • Splitter types: 1×2/4/8/16/32/64, 2×2/4/8/16/32

  • Tap couplers: 99/1, 98/2, 95/5, 90/10, 80/20, 70/30

  • Wideband operation: 1260–1650 nm (low wavelength dependence)

  • Optical performance: low insertion loss, high uniformity, low PDL; high return loss

  • Interfaces: LC/UPC or LC/APC (SC/UPC, SC/APC optional); G.652/G.657 SMF

  • Packaging: LGX cassette or 1U tray; front access with tidy cable management

  • Environment: robust build for POP/IDC deployments; −5 °C to +55 °C operating (extended options available)

Expert Integration & Customization

Our senior optical engineers leverage a mature portfolio of DCI/OTN platforms and CWDM/DWDM modules to deliver precise customization and form/fit/function matching. From compact DCI BOX to coherent 100G/200G/400G line cards, we meet multi-vendor interoperability targets (e.g., OpenZR+/OpenROADM) and tailor interfaces, protection, and O&M to your requirements.

Industry-Leading Speed

Accelerate your rollout with rapid cycles: lab configurations in 1–3 days, standard builds shipping in 3–7 days, and pilot-friendly MOQs (1 unit for in-stock models; ≥5 units for custom). Move fast, validate quickly, and scale without risk.

Certified Quality & System Assurance

Quality is built into every stage. We operate under ISO 9001 and provide product-level safety/EMC compliance (CE, FCC, UL, TUV, CSA) plus RoHS/REACH. Advanced ERP/MES ensures full serial-level traceability and batch-to-batch consistency—your assurance of reliable optical transport at scale.
