A flexible backplane and up to 20 universal service slots let you combine client access (GE/10GE/25GE/100GE; FC; CPRI/eCPRI; STM-4/16/64) with coherent DWDM line cards (100G/200G/400G). The integrated OTN cross-connect enables ODU0/1/2/2e/3/4/ODUflex grooming, while optional FlexE/OTUCn mappings future-proof high-bandwidth Ethernet services.
Open, standards-based design (e.g., OpenZR+/OpenROADM) supports multi-vendor interop. End-to-end resilience is achieved with 1+1 controller and PSU, OLP 1+1 optical protection, and optional OCM/OTDR/OSC for live wavelength/power monitoring and fast fault localization. Management options include NMS/Web/CLI/SNMP and Netconf/YANG for automated provisioning. Hardware features such as PRBS/BER testing, LLDP, and RMON simplify turn-up and operations.
